All space rentals are effective the day they are setup.
You will need to provide your own lock for this facility.
*Leases are for a minimum two months, then renew automatically on a calendar month-to-month basis until a notice to vacate is given. Rent for the 1st full month and a security deposit is required to setup the rental. The security deposit is equal to one month’s rent. The second month will be pro-rated based on the move-in date and due the 1st of the month following the move-in date.
